Q. Sometimes when I make my text boxes transparent, the text becomes illegible?

A. Please contact us for the latest upgrade.

Q. I can't open any of my Macintosh MicroWorlds 2.0 projects. MicroWorlds EX doesn't even recognize them.

A. You will need to convert your Macintosh 2.0 projects to Windows format by following the directions found in the "Importing Read Me" document located on your MicroWorlds (v.2.03 or higher) CD. Another option is to use a copy of Macintosh MicroWorlds Pro to open and save as a "Pro project" which can then be opened using MicroWorlds EX (win or mac).

Q. MicroWorlds EX sometimes freezes when I try to open a project created with MicroWorlds Pro (win or mac) or a converted Macintosh MicroWorlds 2.0 project.

Q. Can I run MicroWorlds EX under Macintosh OS X 10.4 (Tiger)?

Q. MicroWorlds EX is not allowing me to save my recording?

- Description of problem or steps which lead to the problem
- Can the problem be repeated?
