A. Students aren't allowed to use the software at home.

If you still cannot solve your problem, our technical support experts are available to help you with any technical problem. Q. Do you have a money back guarantee?

A. Yes, you have 30 days to evaluate our software package. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-321-5646 / (514) 939-8700 ext.110 for instructions on obtaining your full refund. When ordering through one of our representatives, please check their return policy with them.

Q. What is your return process?

A. Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping address for returns. Let them know why you are returning the product. Be sure to include your RMA number with your product.
