This new innovation from LCSI represents a breakthrough in educational computing. It enables students to become better learners and to learn how to learn within a dynamic social context. Journal Zone™ is an immeasurable asset.

Journal Zone™ is predominantly a "journal" that supports reflective learning within a social context. It can be used within a classroom or the user can join other classrooms from around the world. As a classroom tool, Journal Zone™ integrates three common practices of exemplary teaching -journal writing, collaboration, and scaffolding.

Journal Zone™ is a cross-curricular tool designed for grades 3 and up. It can be used in all subjects of the curriculum. As a collaborative journal, Journal Zone™, allows students to keep track of their thoughts and plans, discuss their project investigations and make dynamic online presentations. The product will work well either in a lab or within classroom based computers. Journal Zone will be released in English, French and Spanish.
