Coming Soon From LCSI- Journal ZoneT


MONTREAL - Logo Computer Systems Inc. (LCSI), is proud to announce that Journal ZoneT, an online tool for reflective collaboration was launched at the NECC in Chicago. This new innovation from LCSI represents a breakthrough in educational computing. It enables students to become better learners and to learn how to learn within a dynamic social context. Journal ZoneT is an immeasurable asset.

Journal ZoneT is predominantly a "journal" that supports reflective learning within a social context. It can be used within a classroom or the user can join other classrooms from around the world. As a classroom tool, Journal ZoneT integrates three common practices of exemplary teaching -journal writing, collaboration, and scaffolding.

Journal ZoneT is a cross-curricular tool designed for grades 3 and up. It can be used in all subjects of the curriculum. As a collaborative journal, Journal ZoneT, allows students to keep track of their thoughts and plans, discuss their project investigations and make dynamic online presentations. The product will work well either in a lab or within classroom based computers. Journal Zone will be released in English, French and Spanish.
